As an undergraduate student within the University of Wyoming’s College of Business, Lily spent her undergraduate years surrounded by professors and peers dedicated to creating and being ethical leaders. Under the college’s collaboration with the Daniels Fund Ethic’s Initiative, she has learned how to lead under the 8 principles the initiative calls for. Through her own leadership experiences , she has practiced these 8 principles. Lily believes that in order to be a good leader, you need to care for those you are leading do what’s right for the people that matter most - and when you make a mistake, you own up to it and work hard to move forward from it. She believes that through this integrity and transparency, empathy and trust is found; creating a culture of respect.
