Philanthropy

Working philanthropically to support the causes that need it most.

Giving back is not new to Lily. Growing up, both of her parents volunteered for organizations that supported causes in the Denver area through philanthropic events. She learned the value of volunteer work through her time in Girl Scouts, and even lettered in Community Service in high school. Upon entering her undergraduate program, one of her first steps was finding a place to volunteer in Laramie, resulting in her volunteering her time at the local food bank and the local emergency shelter. Wanting to do more, she branched into philanthropic work through her sorority and the University of Wyoming, leading in her newfound love of non-profit work. Lily lives through the mantra “if you have more than you need, build a longer table not a taller fence” and brings this into all aspects of her life.
